一、叉车曲轴飞轮组的作用

1、叉车曲轴的作用是将叉车活塞连杆组传来的气体压力上下运动力转变化绕其自身轴线旋转的转矩，对外输出动力，并驱动配气机构以及各辅助安装。曲轴在工作中接受着不时变化的气体压力，惯性力和转矩的作用，因而叉车曲轴必需具有足够的硬度和强度。叉车曲轴的主轴颈是曲轴的支撑局部和旋转轴线，装置在汽缸体的主轴承座孔中，其间装有主轴瓦（瓦式轴承）。有的发起机型，其主轴采用滚动轴承，连杆轴颈与连杆大头相配合，曲柄用来衔接主轴颈和连杆轴颈，均衡配重用来均衡发起机运转中产生的向心力和向心力矩，使发起机运转平稳。曲轴内制有贯串主轴颈，曲柄和连杆轴颈的油道，以使具有一定压力的光滑油流去光滑曲轴轴曲轴瓦和连杆轴瓦。
