从叉车结构规划上避免腐蚀
avoid corrosion from forklift structure planning
(1)在叉车整体安置上考虑避免腐蚀介质积累。尽量避免关闭区域,或坚持关闭系统通风和排水杰出,如考虑内燃叉车整机的通风、散热。发动机发作的尾气尽量从配重的下部排放或经过净化、降温从配重上部向上排放。关于蓄电池叉车如前移式叉车,可开设通风窗,以坚持电动机散热和通风,蓄电池箱底开设漏液孔和装置积液器。
(1) avoid the accumulation of corrosive media in the overall placement of forklift trucks. avoid closing the area as far as possible, or insist on closing the outstanding ventilation and drainage system, such as considering the ventilation and heat dissipation of the whole diesel forklift. as far as possible, the exhaust gas from the engine is discharged from the lower part of the counterweight or from the upper part of the counterweight after purification and cooling. for battery forklift trucks such as forward forklift trucks, ventilation windows can be opened to adhere to motor cooling and ventilation, and leakage holes and liquid accumulators can be installed at the bottom of battery boxes.
(2)在外形规划上留意防护、避免积存水汽和尘土。国外先进叉车非常重视造型规划,如linde、hyster、toyota、jungheinrich等品牌叉车,造型流通,既表现美感和功用规划,又不易积水和积垢,非常值得学习。

(3)留意显露件的维护。电器材与接头安置在内侧,或加防护罩壳。整车显露易腐蚀和易进水的部位设防尘罩。例如,歪斜液压缸、转向液压缸活塞杆显露段设防尘套;车身上多处显露工艺孔或功用孔设防水塞。
(3) pay attention to the maintenance of exposed parts. electrical equipment and joints are placed inside or with protective cover. the vehicle can expose the dust cover which is easy to corrode and easy to enter. for example, the exposed section of the piston rod of the inclined hydraulic cylinder and the steering hydraulic cylinder is provided with a dust-proof sleeve, and the waterproof plug is installed in the exposed process holes or functional holes of the car body.
(4)零部件规划时考虑其均匀腐蚀,挑选一种或几种组合防腐办法。叉车常用的防护办法有涂层、电镀、转化膜和涂防锈油、脂等。不同的工艺,具有不同的耐腐蚀功能。例如杭州h系列叉车,曾经许多销、轴、螺栓、支架外表为发黑处理,液压缸缸盖等诸多显露加工面不进行处理,使得叉车还未出厂就已锈蚀。经过完善外表处理要求,进步零件规划的合理性,以及有用规范外表处理工艺,促进了产品外观质量和耐蚀性的进步。
(4) selecting one or several combination anticorrosion methods when considering the homogeneous corrosion of parts and components. the usual protection methods for forklifts include coating, electroplating, conversion coating and antirust oil and grease. different processes have different corrosion resistance functions. for example, hangzhou h series forklift truck, many pins, axles, bolts, brackets were blackened, hydraulic cylinder head and other exposed processing surfaces were not processed, making the forklift truck rusted before leaving the factory. through improving the requirements of surface treatment, improving the rationality of part planning and standardizing the surface treatment process, the improvement of product appearance quality and corrosion resistance was promoted.
选用涂层防腐,需清晰油漆涂层的特性和质量目标。例如,车身结构件涂层着重装饰性和耐蚀性;前后桥等的涂层着重维护性;蓄电池箱的涂层着重耐酸性;排气管等的涂层着重耐热性等。选用金属镀层,须依照gb/t13911—1992《金属镀覆和化学处理表明办法》进行表明。螺纹紧固件参照gb5267—1985《螺纹紧固件电镀层》规范断定镀层要求。一般选用7~10μm的镀锌层,就能取得较好的防护作用。对在重蚀环境下的零件,选用20~25μm的镀锌层。留意金属镀层的后处理及后处理的色彩,避免构成色彩稠浊,影响整机外观。

(5)留意避免缝隙腐蚀、电化学腐蚀、应力腐蚀开裂。对不可避免的缝隙结构如发动机罩拼焊缝隙用密封胶关闭。异金属衔接应尽量选取电位接近的金属,或采纳绝缘办法避免电化学腐蚀。
(5) attention should be paid to avoiding crevice corrosion, electrochemical corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. the inevitable gap structure, such as the tailor welded joint of the engine hood, is closed with sealant. the proximity of metal should be selected as the potential for joining of different metals, or the insulation method should be adopted to avoid electrochemical corrosion.
(6)零件的结构要便于防护工艺的施行,必要时开设工艺孔。例如,油箱上开孔的方位要有利于喷枪嘴掩盖悉数外表进行喷丸处理。对化学前处理的工件如护顶架要开设工艺孔,避免积液。
(6) the structure of the parts should be easy to carry out the protective technology, and the technological holes should be opened if necessary. for example, the position of the opening on the fuel tank should be good for the spray nozzle to cover all the exterior surfaces for shot peening. for chemical pre-treatment workpieces such as roof guards, process holes should be set up to avoid effusion.
(7)考虑选用功能的耐腐蚀资料,如镀锌板、彩卷板、复合资料和工程塑料等。玻璃钢具有工艺性好、比强度高、成本低的特色,合作隔热垫能够达到必定的隔热和下降噪声的作用,已运用于叉车发动机罩、蓄电池箱盖和一般护罩等。现在运用的玻璃钢零件遍及是以不饱和聚脂树脂和无碱玻璃纤维为首要原资料,合作钢板加强筋叠压制造而成,可取得杰出的外观质量,无焊接构成的焊棱和油漆难以掩饰的点焊疤痕,但耐久性差,易老化,合适试制和小批量产品。对批量大的罩壳类定型零件,选用工程塑料(如abs工程塑料)替代玻璃钢,可取得更好的装饰性和耐久性。发动机罩受环境影响较大,选用薄钢板或镀锌板合作涂层防护更为合理。叉车将更多地学习轿车业新资料的运用。
(7) consider selecting corrosion-resistant materials with excellent functions, such as galvanized sheet, color roll sheet, composite materials and engineering plastics. frp has the characteristics of good workmanship, high specific strength and low cost. cooperative heat insulation pad can achieve certain heat insulation and noise reduction. it has been used in forklift engine hood, battery cover and general shield. now the fiberglass reinforced plastics parts are made of unsaturated polyester resin and alkali-free fiberglass as the primary raw materials, and the reinforcing ribs of the cooperative steel plate are laminated and pressed. the excellent appearance quality can be obtained. the spot welding scars which are hard to conceal by the welding edges and paints without welding are poor in durability, easy to aging, suitable for trial production and small batches. products. for large batches of shell shaped parts, the use of engineering plastics (such as abs engineering plastics) instead of frp can achieve better decorative and durability. it is more reasonable to choose thin steel plate or galvanized sheet to protect the hood. the forklift will learn more about the new information in the car industry.
